Nigerian Navy dismisses rating over disobedience, absence without leave

ABUJA, Nigeria (NPA) — The Nigerian Navy has dismissed a personnel member identified as SMMEA Uma Tu (E5618) from service over misconduct.
According to an official notice by the Navy issued today, the rating was found culpable of disobedience to particular orders and absence without official leave, in violation of provisions of the Armed Forces Act.
