Tinubu congratulates APC spokesman Felix Morka on birthday

ABUJA, Nigeria, 12 April 2026 (NPA) — President Bola Tinubu has congratulated Mr Felix Morka, National Publicity Secretary of Nigeria’s ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), on his birthday, celebrated on 12 April.
In a statement issued on 11 April by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President (Information & Strategy), President Tinubu joined the National Executive Council (NEC), the National Working Committee (NWC), and all members of the APC in marking the occasion, wishing Mr Morka continued good health and happiness.
The President praised Mr Morka’s distinguished record as a human rights advocate, noting his extensive work with civil society organisations before entering politics. He highlighted Morka’s expertise in strategic communication, which has been vital in interpreting and promoting the party’s manifesto.
President Tinubu also acknowledged Morka’s role as Chairman of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA), commending his efforts to strengthen understanding between the governing party and citizens, and to contribute to the party’s growing membership.
He lauded the APC spokesman for the maturity and wisdom he brings to his position, ensuring effective communication both within the party and with the wider public.
The President concluded by offering prayers for Mr Morka’s continued well-being and that of his family.
