Ardova takes Customer Service Week campaign to B2B customers

LAGOS, Nigeria (NPA) — Energy company Ardova Plc, formerly Forte Oil Plc, has taken its 2026 Customer Service Week campaign to some of its business-to-business (B2B) customers, describing the initiative as part of efforts to strengthen relationships and appreciate their continued partnership.
The company said the campaign, themed “Going the Extra Mile, One Relationship at a Time,” involved visits to selected customers to personally thank them for their support and continued partnership.
Among the customers visited was Enugu Air, a business venture of the Enugu State Government.
Ardova said the initiative was designed to celebrate its customers, appreciate their partnership and reaffirm its commitment to listening to their needs, improving service delivery and going the extra mile to support them.
Earlier, in a statement marking the beginning of Customer Service Week 2026, Ardova Managing Director, Dr Abiola Babatunde-Ojo, pledged that the company would go “the extra mile” to reciprocate the trust and partnership of its customers.
Babatunde-Ojo said the changing energy landscape had continued to challenge the company to improve its operations, respond more effectively to customer needs and deliver services with greater consistency.
“In an ever-changing energy landscape, your needs, feedback, and expectations continue to challenge us to improve, respond better, and deliver with greater consistency,” she said.
She said Ardova was strengthening its operations, expanding its capabilities and deepening its presence across the market with a focus on creating value and providing solutions that meet customers’ needs.
The managing director said strong partnerships were built on reliability, responsiveness and a commitment to continuous improvement.
“Your feedback helps us understand what matters to you, while your continued partnership motivates us to keep raising the standard of service we provide,” she said.
Babatunde-Ojo reaffirmed Ardova’s commitment to earning customers’ trust and improving its service delivery.
“As we mark Customer Service Week, we reaffirm our commitment to earning your trust every day and going the extra mile to serve you better,” she said.
She thanked customers for choosing Ardova and for being part of the company’s journey.
Ardova Plc is part of Prudent Energy Group and operates across Nigeria’s oil and gas value chain, with interests spanning the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors.
